By signing, student athletes allow the school registrar to release the number of credits they are taking to the advisory board of the Wisconsin Volleyball Conference. The deadline for the completed form will be decided this week and posted here.
Important Scheuling Meeting
11/02/11 - Instead of gathering together for a scheduling meeting this year, we will be having two organizational conference calls, one for the men's teams and another for the women's teams. These calls will take place on Wednesday, November 9. The women's division conference call will take place at 6:00 pm, while the men's division will take place at 8:00 pm. Each call will take approximately 45 minutes.

It is mandatory that your team president or coach will be present on the conference call. If you or your coach cannot be, then your assistant coach or vice president must be present on the call. (You can't have someone "fill in" for you on the call, as this resulted in some communication breakdowns over the past few years). Only one rep per team is needed on the call.

During each call, we will review conference expectations, dues, eligibility, USAV registration, WVC event dates and format, websites, home match protocols, State Championships, NCVF Nationals, and other conference business that arises. All directions, expectations and protocols will then be made available via email and will also be found at the WVC website.

During the Conference Calls, we will announce the "windows" for completing all WVC tasks - eligibility, dues, websites, USAV registration, eligibility, etc. These tasks must be completed within these windows to participate in the WVC.

Men's Varsity Scheduling - schedules will be randomly drawn and provided to all teams during the Conference Call. After the call, the scheduling "window" will open during which you will schedule and verify all matches with your university, and then provide us with your schedule. This will take some technology to complete, however the Varsity Playdate will again take a number of matches from the dual match scheduling process.

We are currently setting dates for the Women's Playdates - if you are interested in hosting a playdate, please let me know. The plan is to add a 3rd playdate this year for a total of 4 dates with the State Championships.

If you are interested in hosting a JV playdate, please let myself and Lumpy (lumpyvball@hotmail.com) know ASAP as those dates are still open. A third playdate could be discussed on the call if there is a location to host the event.
